Dan Easley, President
Working with the executive management team at Fugent, Inc. and RIA Central, President Dan Easley helps manage the firm’s day-to-day operations including sales, marketing, business strategy, platform development, and client strategies. He leads RIA Central as the premier community of RIAs, aspiring RIAs, and thought leaders while supporting its mission to promote open dialogue among members, and present meaningful ideas and resources to help advance the RIA profession.
As a veteran CPA, Dan has experience working both with financial services and technology clients in the Assurance Business Advisory Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). In his role as manager at PwC, Dan handled SEC reporting, attest services, the development and implementation of internal control structures, communication and oversight of global consulting teams. He also supervised field consultants as well as all operational aspects of his various engagements.
Dan is a member of the board of directors of Grinnell Enterprises, Inc., an investment property company. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
Over the past decade, Dan has been instrumental in shaping the vision of Fugent.
Daniel Kurt, Director, Business Development
Partnering with Fugent, Inc. in 2008, Dan Kurt leads RIA Central’s business development activities in areas that have a significant impact on the RIA community. Dan has created a truly vibrant and interactive home for RIAs, as well as a collegial environment for the exchange of ideas and conversation.
Through Dan’s leadership, members are encouraged to interact with other RIAs, IARs and thought leaders. He launched the RIA Central Forums, Groups, Podcasts, webinars and video interviews and developed its panel of experts which provides in-depth content on topics of interest to members.
Dan holds a Marketing degree from Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business and his in senior year he co-founded LifeAgora, an online media industry firm, with an Angel investor to help firms hire employees through student organizations.
